Wash Associate – Mike's Carwash
Starting pay up to $16/hour based on availability, plus incentives. Part‑time and full‑time positions available.

Position Summary Front‑line customer service. Acts as Service Advisor and Director, ensuring the facility is always clean and ready for customers according to our high standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Execute the Mike’s Purpose: provide the best value for our boss, the customer, by delivering a clean, quick car wash every time, with a smile.
Service Advising: greet and advise customers on Mike’s products/services and process sales transactions.
Directing: safely prep and direct the vehicle into the wash tunnel.
Abide by our Values: Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Fun, Accountability, Passion.
Customer Satisfaction: maintain the interior and exterior of the property so customers always feel comfortable. Keep all customer‑related material stocked and clean, rain or shine.
Training: participate in extensive training to keep your skills up to date. Ask for assistance from the management team if needed regarding the Service Advisor or Director job expectations.
Required Work Schedule
Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
Attend scheduled Team Meetings.
Must be available to work 2 of the 3 following days: Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position requires verbal and written communication, hearing at a conversational level, visual depth perception, and distinguishing between basic shades and colors. The employee will continuously stand or walk, occasionally sit, stoop, reach, and/or twist at the waist while rotating. Continuous repetitive movements are required, with occasional lifting of 50 lbs. for up to 3 ft. The employee may need to pull 10 lbs. for up to 10 ft. and carry up to 50 lbs. for 10 ft. Even infrequently bending, kneeling, and balancing are required. The employee will rarely need to climb stairs and ladders.
Work Environment The employee will rarely be required to work with machinery with moving parts and wear gloves. The wash associate will frequently work indoors and outdoors in temperatures of 0‑100 °F. They will often work with chemicals and should wear eye or hearing protection.

Language Development: Ability to read product manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures; speaks with poise and confidence and effectively deals with customers.
