Title : Field Supervisor
Location : Various construction site locations in Arizona and surrounding area.
Job Summary : The field supervisor is responsible to communicate instructions, set expectations and supervise the construction crews. They organize, plan, schedule, and delegate work, labor, and equipment.
Responsibilities
Supervise the specific scopes of work on construction projects including management of crews, subcontractors, and material delivery.
Assist in organizing, planning, scheduling, and delegating work, labor, and equipment.
Communicate needs for manpower, material quantities, and equipment.
Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts.
Supervise craft workers assigned to you.
Complete craft time cards to accurately reflect hours worked.
Coordinate clean‑up after project completion.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
Maintain an insurable driving record.
Qualifications
High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) with a minimum of 5 years construction experience. Associate’s degree or some college education with construction experience preferred.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize, plan work activities, and problem‑solve.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with crews and customers.
Ability to perform manual labor and move at least 50 pounds.
Willing and able to travel to remote or distant locations.
