Position Overview NetJets Quality Control Representative helps ensure the NetJets maintenance group stays compliant with 14 CFR and the NetJets General Maintenance Manual. The role monitors and provides surveillance to identify and correct maintenance quality gaps, audits and maintains the storage of aircraft maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities

Perform on‑site surveillance checks of base maintenance providers to ensure compliance with 14 CFR and the NetJets approved maintenance program. Collect and report surveillance data to identify and correct maintenance quality gaps.

Conduct audits of aircraft maintenance records to ensure compliance with 14 CFR and the NetJets approved maintenance program. Oversee storage of all aircraft maintenance records.

Perform duties associated with addition and removal of aircraft from the NetJets fleet, including oversight of the 14 CFR Part 135 Conformity Inspection, compiling, reviewing, and inducting aircraft records, and preparing records for aircraft exiting the 135 certificate.

Ensure NetJets complies with 14 CFR reporting and compliance requirements regarding Airworthiness Directives, Service Difficulty reports, and Mechanical Interruption Summary reports.

Perform other projects and duties as assigned. Duties require travel and periodic non‑standard work hours (nights, weekends, etc.).

Qualifications

High School in Aviation Management or Business Administration.

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.

4–6 years of experience performing aircraft heavy or line maintenance or as a lead mechanic; 2+ years managing or researching maintenance related records.

Associates Degree preferred.

Knowledge of aircraft regulatory agency policies and procedures; ability to read, write, speak English; ability to prioritize work and work nights, various shifts, and holidays.
