Job Description
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain a positive working environment.
Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands.
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in hands‑on food preparation and delivery as needed.
Assist in analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in the food service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Valid driver’s license; 2 years of driving experience if under 26, 1 year if 26 or older.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High‑school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Food handler’s certification (Preferred).
Customer‑service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
