Job Description Join our team at Domino’s Pizza in Florissant, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 8442 N LINDBERGH BLVD location. Greet customers and take food orders over the phone and in person Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns Assist with various store operations as needed Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently Team player attitude with a willingness to assist coworkers Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles (a plus but not necessary)
