Business Solutions Manager at Adams & Martin Group A respected California defense firm is seeking a strong Litigation Assistant/Paralegal to support medical malpractice defense attorneys. This Litigation Assistant position is ideal for someone with 3-5+ years of solid litigation experience, strong tech skills, and the ability to support cases through trial. This is a mostly remote position, but candidates must live in California and be able to commute to the office as needed.
Strong litigation support experience through trial
Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and related documents
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and attendance
Assist with discovery, document management, and case organization
Draft routine legal documents, correspondence, and shells
Manage calendars, deadlines, and communication with clients, experts, and vendors
Must reside in CA
