Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 10011 Dixie Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Interact professionally with customers and address their concerns
Assist in training and developing new team members
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
Answer phones and process customer orders promptly
Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team culture
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced food service or retail environment
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
Proficiency in basic math and problem‑solving
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume setting
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills for operating point‑of‑sale systems and other store technology
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Food safety certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Additional Information
Experience leading a team of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Strong role model: punctuality, positive attitude, high standards for yourself and team.
Stores are open 365 days a week; flexible schedule with willingness to work when needed.
Minimum age 18 years old.
