Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 5219 Dixie Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including running shifts and managing employee performance
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of food quality and service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Answer phones and process customer orders efficiently
Assist in food preparation and packaging as needed
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and lead by example
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or retail industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Solid math and problem‑solving abilities for cash handling and inventory management
Proficiency in store operations and point‑of‑sale systems
Ability to multitask and make quick, decisive decisions in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Food safety certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Additional Information
Experience leading a team; during your shift you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority.
