Job Summary

Purpose of the Customer Service Representative position is to provide administrative and general office support and organization to the branch. The role is the first point of contact for internal and external customers. Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all internal and external customers via phone, e‑mail or in person: greet visitors, determine needs, direct them to the correct department. Disperse all faxes. Communicate COD and on‑hold accounts with the Billing, Accounting and front‑end Administration and field personnel. Assist Human Resources with payroll and new‑hire materials; report errors promptly. Act as the local SME for assigned organization systems and assist team members. Process certificates of insurance (COI) and additional insured requests per company policies. Process all incoming and outgoing mail; prepare ground mail and UPS for pick‑up, receive and distribute mail. Track and order office supplies; submit orders to Corporate for approval. Process customer payments and perform collection responsibilities as assigned. Maintain office cleanliness. Scheduling responsibilities (as assigned):

Process daily open work order reports and coordinate technicians’ schedules to maximize shift coverage. Manage the master schedule for technicians and work orders; review with supervisor and leadership. Leverage scheduling with Accounts Receivable concerns on past‑due accounts. Resolve scheduling conflicts and verify or update account details.

Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (required). Experience:

2 years customer service, 2 years professional computer usage, 1 year front‑desk experience, 1 year scheduling experience (preferred). Knowledge of local zip codes and geographic breakdown helpful. Skills:

Effective reading, writing and communication in English; advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Compliance with SFP’s Drug and Alcohol policy and background screening requirements. Benefits
