Full‑Time Maintenance Technician

We are actively seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day‑to‑day operations. The role also involves supervising the maintenance staff.
A Day in the Life
Supervise make‑ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
HVAC and EPA certification.
Availability for “on‑call” emergencies 24/7.
Valid driver’s license.
