Maintenance Technician

Overview We are actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. The role includes supervising maintenance staff and requires commitment to quality work.

A Day in the Life
Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
Train maintenance staff and oversee performance of contractors and vendors.
Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
Maintain the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
HVAC and EPA certification.
Ability to be available for “on-call” emergencies 24/7.
Valid driver's license.
