Job Description Start building an exciting and rewarding career in retail with Menards as an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member. These team members play an important role in the customer experience by maintaining a fun, fast, and friendly service culture within our Outside Yard. They assist customers, support sales departments, load and unload trucks using motorized equipment, and help get incoming product to the sales floor.
