Job Overview
This role is an essential part of our Palouse Brand team that prepares customer orders across multiple e-commerce channels for same day shipping. It is a fast paced and physical role that requires an attention to detail. You'll be printing shipping labels, packing orders and preparing them for shipping with a carrier.
** Role is 3/4 time. Shifts available are Monday through Friday 8:30am-2:00pm and some weekends
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and put away inventory
Using various computer softwares to print shipping labels
Assisting in handling Customer Service inquiries
Read packing lists accurately
Get customer orders ready and pack them up
Troubleshoot problems
Forklift Certificate or be trainable
Load pallets into trucks for shipments
Ensure product meets quality requirements
You will also need to be able to:
Lift up to 50 pounds
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
Be detail oriented with good organizational skills
Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items/pallets around
Work cohesively in a team setting
Be available for work on select Saturday mornings
Adhere to strict safety, quality, food safety, and fulfillment production standards
