This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience under multiple BCBAs, exposure to a variety of client profiles and behaviors, and collaboration across different settings with BCBAs and mid-level supervisors.The Advanced BT will play a dual role: providing direct ABA support as needed and assisting with organizational support tasks. On days when substitute coverage is not required, the Advanced BT will be assigned administrative tasks by a BCBA or provide field support to new Behavior Technicians to ensure quality service delivery.This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours, though flexibility is critical as there are no permanent case assignments.
