Assistant Bread Baker
at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess: Proven track record of demonstrating
superhero
abilities in the kitchen from following recipes to paying close attention to additional details to create one‑of‑a‑kind breads. The ability to work through change & be able to be flexible all while keeping a close eye on what’s cooking. The schedule availability to work afternoons/nights. Bread Baking shifts start around
11 am – 7 pm , plus a shift on
Sunday
(when the store is closed). During holiday seasons the Bread Baking team schedule may flex into overnight shifts too. Qualifications
Large‑scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right person!) Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus!
