We are hiring a Business Office Assistant (BOA) to join our team.
Salary Range:
$28.00–$30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Assist business office operations ensuring internal controls are effective.
Maximize cash flow, meet accounts receivable targets, and process invoices accurately and timely.
Act as a financial liaison between corporate departments and staff (accounting, reimbursement, etc.) to support audit and compliance efforts.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of accounts receivable or accounts payable experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding and implementation of healthcare reimbursement and billing principles.
Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in long‑term billing or similar roles.
Experience with PointClickCare.
