Job Details

Job Type:

Part Time – up to 30 hours weekly

Hybrid:

Work remotely or in office; must live within commutable distance for occasional office attendance.

Wage:

$15.75 starting

Responsibilities

Triage inbound calls from centers regarding re‑interpretation requests, patient demographics updates, live study status, direct radiologist contact, or complaints.

Make outbound calls to notify centers of positive findings or request additional information on studies.

Monitor the live queue to ensure all live cases are read within contracted time, notify radiologists if a case is low, and reassign cases as needed.

Communicate with radiologists about rereads or missing information (images, history, demographics, etc.).

Provide Level I support to centers and submit IT tickets when needed.

Open and close QA cases for radiologists.

Monitor auto‑assign rules and manually assign specialty cases.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School degree or equivalent.

Two years of related experience in basic computer skills, clerical work, call‑center environment, or customer service.

PACS experience preferred but not required.
