Shift Supervisor

Position Summary A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures operations run smoothly, and is responsible for completing all opening and closing procedures.
Essential Functions
Manage and supervise store crew through assignment, direction, and follow-up of all activities.
Effectively communicate information between store management and crews.
Provide customer service: assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy to promote a positive shopping experience.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Perform merchandise/display duties: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute weekly and promotional displays, maintain off‑shelf merchandise, reset departments following POGs.
Required Qualifications
Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervisory skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent store issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Anticipated weekly hours: 20
Time type: Part time
Pay range: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour
