Patient Service Representative I (Float Pool)
supporting primary care and specialty clinicians across Virginia. This full‑time position is Monday‑Friday with mileage reimbursement, incentive pay, and a progressive career path.
Responsibilities
Register patients in the NextGen PM / EHR system per TPMG policies and procedures.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for multiple Southside locations.
Collect, post, and balance payments following TPMG billing protocols.
Document patient care activities in the electronic health record.
Adhere to OSHA guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
Strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and dedication to top‑notch customer service.
Friendly, professional demeanor.
Previous medical office experience preferred.
COVID‑19 vaccination is a requirement.
