The Fountains Resort, located in Orlando, FL, is currently seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties. You are service‑oriented, courteous, good with numeracy, and have strong food safety knowledge.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve deli food and beverage items, promoting sales of retail merchandise.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, greet customers, keep them happy, and take orders.
Ensure the quality of food and service is at an exceptional level, displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners.
Respond to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction; willing to “pitch in” and help co‑workers with their job duties, being an outstanding teammate.
Qualifications
High School/GED
6 months of customer service in a food & beverage role
Ability to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays
Must possess/have the ability to obtain a current Food Handlers Certification
Desired Capabilities and Distinctions
Deli clerk experience
Cash handling/food handling experience
Alcohol awareness certification
Food safety certification
Experience in resort/hotel hospitality industry
3+ years or more experience in Food & Beverage
