Front Desk Clerk
We are looking for a Full‑time Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Cypress Pointe, a Hilton Vacation Club. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience from the time they arrive on the property until they depart.
Responsibilities
Check in and out owners and guests
Respond to guest requests
Assist guests with reservations or changes
Generate invoices and collect payments
Maintain safety deposit boxes
Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact the appropriate departmental personnel
Work as a team with co‑workers to complete checklists and daily duties
Prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies
Other duties as requested by your leader

Qualifications
Proficient English language/interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
A courteous, professional attitude and presentation when handling upset guests and difficult situations
Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice to meet business demands
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet organizational deadlines and demands
At least 6 months of customer service experience
It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Front Desk/Guest Services Agent experience
Cash/credit card transaction experience
Resort hospitality or related industry experience
Seniority level
