Position Summary Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state‑of‑the‑art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options including Gallon, Half Gallon, Whole, 2%, 1%, Skim, 1% Chocolate Milk, and Cream for Walmart’s Great Value and Sam’s Club’s Member’s Mark brands. This new facility represents Walmart’s commitment to building a more resilient and transparent supply chain, sourcing high‑quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam’s Clubs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of Arkansas and Mississippi.

What you’ll do
Coordinate the movement of trailers to designated locations with Warehouse Management.
Maintain Walmart’s trucks and trailers by conducting thorough inspections to ensure optimal mechanical performance, safety standards, and emergency equipment readiness. Maintain proper fuel levels and perform regular trailer inventory checks.
Ensure quality by maintaining records, logs and forms, including any forms required by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
Operate tractor/trailer units by adhering to all safety requirements, including placing trailers in designated locations.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.30 - $25.30. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Valid state‑issued driver’s license and 6 months’ experience operating tractor/trailer units.
