Acosta
We’re seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily order fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely shipping. This role supervises warehouse associates, coordinates workflows, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Lead and coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities Supervise and train warehouse associates Monitor order accuracy and packaging standards Assign tasks and balance workloads to meet daily goals Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean warehouse Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred) 3+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience, including 1+ year in a lead role Knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping procedures Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and scanning devices Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills About Us
