Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Energy Admin Assistant located in Belgrade, MT. The Energy Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, assisting executive staff, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires maintaining organized records, preparing correspondence, and contributing to the smooth operation of the energy department.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills

Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities

Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask

Familiarity with basic office software is preferred

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site office environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in administration is a plus
