Highlights of the Role
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Monitor patients’ comfort, pain, and spiritual well‑being
Act as liaison between patients, families, and providers
Address crises with calm, clear judgment
Coordinate with the care team to ensure consistent, quality outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Licensed RN in Minnesota
Experience in hospice, oncology, or chronic illness management
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Commitment to upholding dignity, autonomy, and comfort
