Base pay range:
$36.54/hr - $48.56/hr .
Job Description Become an integral part of the Morgan Health team with a fast‑paced, unique daily environment. This role offers professional growth and skill enhancement in a results‑oriented, detail‑focused organization.
As an Executive Assistant in Morgan Health, you will represent the manager/group with professional courtesy, work well in a team environment, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine includes interaction with executive‑level internal clients across the lines of business and adapting procedures to complete assignments aligned with departmental goals.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain complex and detailed calendars
Screen incoming calls and determine priority, dispensing information with caution
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics
Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
Organize internal and external events, including catering and transportation
Process invoices and T&E expense claims for team members, ensuring policy compliance
Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding, requesting equipment setup and system access
Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
Maintain department documents, including current organizational charts and Executive Biographies
Handle regular activities without prompting, advising in advance with issues or delays
Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
At least five years of administrative experience
Advanced organizational skills, ability and instinct to connect dots and elevate issues as required
Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations; proven experience interacting with senior management
This role requires five days in the office (Mon‑Fri); hybrid options not supported
