We are seeking a senior litigation paralegal to join our team. The role requires a highly organized, self‑starter with experience in fast‑paced plaintiff personal injury litigation. Candidates should be ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including preparing and processing legal documents (summons, subpoenas, complaints, motions, pretrial and trial documents)
File and work with state and federal courts
Prepare and respond to written discovery
Manage attorneys’ calendars
Organize trial preparation (exhibits, witness lists)
Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and attorneys about case status and preparation
Organize and maintain case files and documents
Request medical records
Schedule depositions, appointments, and meetings
Skills & Attributes
Extremely organized and detail‑oriented
Strong multitasking and time‑management skills
Adaptable and able to act quickly under urgent circumstances
Excellent written and verbal communication
Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment with high volume of casework
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation, covering all essential job functions
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
Compensation Base pay range: $65,000 – $100,000 per year (dependent on experience and skill).
Full‑time position; Monday‑Friday, in‑office.

Location Newport Beach, CA
