We are seeking a reliable and member-focused Teller to join our team in Gonzales, LA. The ideal candidate will have strong cash handling skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to our members.
Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments with care and attention to detail. Provide friendly and professional service to all members. Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions. Promote credit union products and services to members as appropriate. Maintain confidentiality and security of member information. Qualifications
Previous experience as a teller or in a cash handling role preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.
