In this position the driver will deliver Premium Dietz & Watson products following a specific route. The Driver serves an essential role by leaving a positive, lasting impression, and delivering product with the highest quality of standards. The Dietz & Watson Delivery Driver is responsible for providing excellent customer service by delivering orders accurately and on time, supporting our legacy of doing things the right way since 1939. Accountabilities/Duties

Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule in a safe, timely manner with a friendly attitude. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy. Comply with all health and safety guidelines and D & W policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene. Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record. Operate with a strong sense of urgency and adhere to D & W Brand standards. At the end of the shift, secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork. Performs other related duties as assigned. Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of truck according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to ensure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed. Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required. Follows all DOT regulations (including Hours of Service) and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspect truck for properly loaded and secured freight. Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills Is diligent, organized, and self‑motivated. Has the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Skilled and confident driver. Comfortable maneuvering and parking a vehicle. Alert, focused, and detail‑oriented with an innate sense of direction. Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems. Certifications and Work Experience Requirements

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Valid CDL B driver’s license required. Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years Pass road test Pass post offer drug test, DOT Medical Cert, and criminal background check
