Part Time - Overnight Maintenance Technician
Join Reata Glen as a Part Time Overnight Maintenance Technician. This role is for Friday through Sunday nights, from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.
What You'll Earn $24–$26 per hour based on experience, technical knowledge, and certifications. Training and career development are provided, and daily pay is available.
Job Description As a Maintenance Technician I, you are responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Under supervisor direction, the Maintenance Tech I performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment, and plumbing repairs.
The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. Tasks include fixing wall covers, floor covers, repairing furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, and appliance repair. The technician also completes apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, touch‑up painting, and restoring apartments to original condition.

What You Will Bring
High school degree or equivalent.
Preferred technical experience and/or schooling.
Preferred 1+ years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in a complex commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
