Location The Gladstone, Missouri facility produces La Tiara taco shells and is the latest addition to our North American plant network.

Shift Hours

8‑hour shifts (Monday – Friday)

1st shift: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm

2nd shift: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm

3rd shift: 10:45 pm – 7:15 am

Currently hiring for 2nd and/or 3rd shifts only (shift depends on business need)

Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 5 days per week with occasional weekend work

Pay

$18.50 per hour (starting pay rate)

$20.00 per hour after six months of successful performance

Shift differential

Additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Creating high‑quality foods eaten nationwide

Using industry‑leading technology in a state‑of‑the‑art facility

Working with experienced operators who pass down their knowledge to willing learners

Challenging yourself to get the job done right while gaining skills for future opportunities

Troubleshoot machine problems and partner with maintenance staff to resolve issues

Calibrate processing and packaging systems daily to meet specifications

Participate in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment

Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to increase plant performance

Assist in training new employees

What You Have To Offer

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED

Ability to understand and communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and others

Basic computer skills – data entry, email, production systems, Word, Excel

Machine operation and mechanical/technical experience is preferred

Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 lb

Perform physical tasks for extended periods – standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting

Ability to climb or work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms

Wear protective clothing and equipment (safety shoes, face mask, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, hair/beard net, gloves) when required

Adhere to grooming requirements for a food manufacturing environment

Work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet conditions

Work around industrial high‑speed machinery

Work with allergens that may be present in a food environment
