About The Role As the
Customer Service Representative , you are the heart of the customer experience. You’re the first smile customers see, the first voice they hear, and the trusted guide that keeps them informed throughout their repair process. Your professionalism and efficiency ensure that every customer receives the service and attention they deserve.
What You’ll Do
Warmly greet customers in person and over the phone
Answer calls quickly & professionally (within 2 rings)
Assist customers with questions, insurance info, and repair process details
Maintain a positive, professional, calm demeanor—even when customers are stressed
Help customers complete information sheets and ensure details are entered accurately
Notify Estimators when customers arrive and ensure files are prepared
Coordinate and set up tows and rentals with providers like Enterprise or Hertz
Prepare tow sheets, organize customer files, and maintain front office cleanliness
Collect payments and document transactions when vehicles are delivered
Manage the company calendar to ensure estimator availability
Order office supplies and maintain a smooth workflow for the team
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of customer service experience (automotive industry a plus, not required)
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution‑focused with distressed customers
Comfortable using computers and office systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
