Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Responsible for the proper maintenance of all guest and public areas of the hotel in adherence to franchise and corporate standards Responsible for maintaining the hotel's appearance, equipment, and systems The technician is expected to have direct involvement with guests and employees This is a hands-on position that requires active, vigorous support Position is a 2nd shift position. Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications

Two or more years in a related field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
