Partner Coordinator

Role Overview Responsible for advancing Messenger International’s vision by serving as the relational bridge between partners and Messenger International.
Duties and Responsibilities
Nurture and sustain relationships with an assigned group of partners
Deliver personalized reports and updates through proactive contact
Track milestones and giving patterns for sustained engagement
Contribute to planning and segmentation strategy campaigns
Customize outreach in collaboration with Managers to improve relevance and tone
Engage high‑touch partner segments involved in organization‑wide initiatives
Provide insights to support retention and operational improvements
Represent partner’s voices and experiences in internal conversations as appropriate
Collaborate with Development team members to refine workflows and recommend improvements
Regularly update and verify partner account details for assigned caseload
Support campaign rollout with cross‑functional coordination as needed
Other related work, as assigned
Education and/or Experience
3+ years of experience in donor relations, development, or ministry leadership
Familiar with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana or similar online tools
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and support donor retention
General Qualifications
Warm, service‑minded communicator
Strong attention to detail
Strong relational instincts with discretion and maturity
Strategic awareness of donor lifecycles and campaign engagement practices
Willingness to offer peer guidance and represent donor perspectives
High integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with Messenger’s values
Spiritual Requirements
Signed acknowledgement of Messenger’s “Statement of Faith” and “Staff Covenant/Lifestyle Agreement” forms
Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in our employee handbook
Physical Requirements
Has the ability to function independently
Possess the ability to speak
Has the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds (with or without assistance)
This position also may require long periods of sitting, standing up, and walking
Work Location Colorado Springs, CO area. Must be able to present evidence of identity and legal right to work in the United States.
Job Type/Schedule Full‑time, 40‑hour work week with the potential for occasional overtime. This is an hourly position and is subject to overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Pay $20.00 – $28.00 / hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
