The Breakfast Coordinator manages the breakfast shift at Carrols‑owned Burger King restaurants, ensuring excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours.
Open the restaurant and serve breakfast to guests.
Inspire and guide staff to achieve service goals.
Complete daily paperwork to record operations and financials.
Manage breakfast inventory and maintain supply levels.
Prepare the restaurant for lunch business.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old.
Work experience in a fast‑paced team environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and developmental skills.
Physical Demands
Counting money accurately.
Reading and writing in English.
Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly.
Basic computer skills.
Remaining on feet for several hours.
Reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press as needed.
