Responsibilities
Complete work orders from all departments promptly. Make rounds to check problem areas and note any information needed or safety concerns in the hotel. Conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas. Perform electrical and plumbing tasks and handle chemicals according to hotel requirements. Qualifications
Strong attitude and work ethic to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Ability to exert physical effort to carry out job duties. Understanding of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). Benefits and Perks
