Maintenance Technician, Holiday Inn Express Hampton
Location: Holiday Inn Express Hampton
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Complete work orders from all departments promptly.
Conduct rounds to check problem areas and note any information needed or safety concerns in the hotel.
Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
Handle electrical and plumbing tasks and use chemicals according to hotel requirements.
Qualifications
Good attitude and strong work ethic to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Ability to exert physical effort in carrying out job duties.
Understanding of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC).
