Role Details
15‑20 hrs/week
$20/hr
100% in office
Core Responsibilities
Filing documentation related to Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
Entering sales orders and purchase orders into Sage 100 system (prior experience not required)
Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate team member promptly and accurately
Supporting the Accounting Manager during the annual audit
Supporting the Office Administrator with other tasks as needed
Qualifications / Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, including Sage 100 ERP software
High learning agility with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and handle evolving responsibilities
Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work
