Executive Assistant – Providence Cedars‑Sinai Tarzana Medical Center Executive Assistant at Providence Cedars‑Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This full‑time position requires an 8‑hour day shift and provides advanced, confidential, executive‑level administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Board of Directors, and other executives and committees. Responsibilities Under general supervisor, the Executive Assistant performs standard and advanced professional, confidential, executive‑level administrative project support to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner for the CNO and provide backup support to the Board of Directors and Board Committees, and other executives and committees as needed. Job Details Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Providence Cedars‑Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, Tarzana, CA 18321 Clark St Schedule: Full time, 8‑hour day shift Pay Range: $31.43 - $48.08 per hour (base pay only; additional compensation for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities) Department: 7004 PCSTMC ADMINISTRATION Qualifications Two (2) years college and/or business school or equivalent education/experience. California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization within 30 days of hire. Three years Administrative or Executive Secretary level position or equivalent education. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree.
