Executive Assistant At Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center
This position is full time and will work an 8-hour day shift. Under general supervisor, the Executive Assistant performs standard and advanced professional, confidential, and executive level administrative project support to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner for the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and provide back-up support to the Board of Directors and Board Committees, and other executives and committees as needed.

Required qualifications:
- Two (2) years college and/or business school or equivalent education/experience
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- Three years Administrative or Executive Secretary level position or equivalent education
Preferred qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree
