This role will focus on codifying infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and governance to create scalable, resilient, and efficient cloud environments. The engineer may lead automation initiatives, enforce GitOps practices, and enhance platform reliability through code-driven solutions. They will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline cloud-native architectures, improve deployment automation, and establish best practices for DevOps automation. The ideal candidate has experience in cloud automation, strong programming and scripting skills, and a passion for optimizing cloud operations through automation. Job Responsibilities Drive DevOps automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native solutions within Azure Codify infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and governance for scalable cloud environments Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) to automate provisioning of Azure resources Create CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated deployments and continuous integration Deploy containers and manage container orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Manage Kubernetes components like Ingress Controllers, Cert Managers, RBAC, etc. Investigate and resolve production environment issues Utilize scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell for automation Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability tools Use shell scripts, git, and SSH for operational tasks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience Knowledge of web or mobile application coding Experience with Agile methodologies Willingness to travel up to 10% At least 1 year of experience or relevant internship/projects Data analysis skills for troubleshooting and improvement Operational issue resolution skills Experience with DevOps practices Scripting skills in Bash, Python, Ruby, etc. Knowledge of automation tools like Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Ansible Experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Linux Additional Information We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
