What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles across Accounting & Finance
- Develop and grow client relationships by understanding hiring goals and delivering strategic talent solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market‑driven strategies.
- Stay informed on market trends and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of 360 recruiting experience or 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment.
- A competitive, sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-driven and comfortable using Bullhorn, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools.
