About This Role
Mastercraft Electric is looking for a dynamic, sharp, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to partner directly with our President/Owner. This is not your typical administrative job, this is a high-impact role at the center of a fast-growing, fast-moving electrical contracting company. You’ll help drive organization, momentum, and communication across the entire business, ensuring our President/Owner’s time, focus, and strategic initiatives are fully supported.
If you are someone who thrives on ownership, loves solving problems before they happen, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the President’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and travel, keeping everything organized and running with precision.
Act as the trusted gatekeeper for communication, filtering and responding to emails, calls, and requests.
Prepare polished documents, reports, presentations, and communications that help move the business forward.
Anticipate needs before they arise and help maximize the President’s time and effectiveness.
Track key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, create meeting notes, and keep conversations on track and actionable.
Support daily office operations, document management, and administrative workflows.
Assist with high-visibility projects and companywide initiatives.
Conduct research, gather insights, and prepare summaries to support informed decision-making.
Help coordinate events, employee programs, and improvement efforts that shape the Mastercraft culture.
Build trusted relationships across the company, from field leadership to project managers and administrative teams.
Represent the President/Owner in a professional, approachable, and solutions-focused manner.
Draft thoughtful internal communications and messages that reflect the President/Owner’s voice and vision.
Competencies & Qualifications
3–5+ years supporting senior leadership; construction/electrical industry experience is a plus but not required.
A natural ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and thrive amid rapid change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and the ability to catch on to additional software.
A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
A proactive mindset; you don’t wait to be asked; you see what needs to be done and run with it.
