About The Role Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high‑performing, forward‑thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention. We’re looking for a Graduate Technology Recruiter who’ll support the hiring of engineering talent. You'll deliver a great candidate experience from start to finish by using your expert communication skills and interest in technology. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting hiring for tech roles, with a focus on Software Engineers Partnering closely with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews with candidates Coordinating interview processes and supporting candidates throughout their journey Ensuring a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience Learning and applying modern sourcing and recruitment methods Using data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve processes Managing candidate information through our ATS What You’ll Need Fluency in English A degree in STEM, HR, finance, or a related field Solid organisational and time management skills High attention to detail Clear and confident communication skills A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills To be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Nice to Have An interest in technology and how engineering teams work Fluency in additional languages Build a global financial super app Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
