What You’ll Be Doing Hiring infrastructure, SRE, cloud, and platform engineers and leaders for Revolut globally Partnering with engineering leads to define hiring needs and design interview processes Owning end‑to‑end recruitment for critical infrastructure roles (ICs and leadership) Building diverse pipelines through direct sourcing and market mapping Advising stakeholders on market insights, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence Running efficient processes, from first message to signed offer Ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience at every stage Experimenting with and implementing modern sourcing strategies to boost efficiency and quality What You’ll Need 3+ years of experience as a tech recruiter, including hiring for infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, SRE, and platform roles A solid understanding of modern infrastructure stacks (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, etc.) A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high‑growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers Technical acumen The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross‑functional recruitment efforts Solid organisational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools Great problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail High ambition, self‑motivation, and a passion about our vision Exceptional communication skills Fluency in English Nice to Have Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper‑growth startup, and/or fintech Fluency in other languages Important Notice for Candidates Only apply through official Revolut channels.
