Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Location: Little Rock, AR
Salary: $100,000.00-$120,000.00
Priority1 is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires. The day‑to‑day tasks will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for open positions at Priority1. Priorities are to foster careers by creating a great working environment and hiring talented individuals who can adapt quickly to the rapidly changing world of logistics.
Responsibilities
Requisition creation and candidate status management
Sourcing for candidates on multiple platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake
Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring managers for interview. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
Craft & update job descriptions
Organize candidate data in internal databases
Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
Prepare reports on new hire metrics
Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
Provide administrative support to the Recruiting and HR team
Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
Assist with updating social media and company branding on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
Help coordinate the company newsletter to assist with branding
Other duties assigned
Qualifications
College degree preferred but not required
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
Excellent desk/computer/workflow organizational skills

$40,000-$42,500 per year plus commissions

Physical Requirements
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from a computer workstation; ability to multi‑task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record‑keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
