We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to help identify and recruit top talent for our Cultivation and Wholesale facilities. In this role, you will partner closely with Facility Leadership (Directors of Operations, HR Managers, and Department Leads) to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, inclusive, and aligned with our production needs. You will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts for both entry-level production staff and experienced management. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecyclefrom participating in staffing calls and managing job postings, to maintaining consistent candidate communicationensuring a premier experience for both applicants and hiring managers.

Assist the Talent Acquisition team with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Assist in creating and promoting job ads across multiple platforms, internal social channels, and local career fairs to attract top talent for high-volume needs.

Proactively identify and shortlist top-quality candidates who can thrive in fast-moving, regulated environments.

Facilitate initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate alignment with role requirements while providing transparent updates regarding application status and upcoming steps in the process.

Ensure a positive experience for every applicant by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the process.

Act as the bridge between candidates and on-site leadership to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient time management.

Attend and contribute to regular staffing calls with Facility Leadership to forecast hiring needs based on production ramps and harvest schedules.

Effectively communicate interview feedback and suggestions to Hiring Managers, ensuring the recruitment process aligns with both business needs and company culture.

Travel up to 25% to visit facilities, walk the production floor, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with on-site leadership.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and other HR platforms.

Strictly follow state-specific cannabis regulations regarding age requirements, background checks, and agent badging.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Sales, or Hospitality).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to facility locations within our operating markets (LA, MO, AR, MS).

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform physical activities including standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling.
