Field Recruiter (Bilingual) – Freemotion from iFIT Location: Arcadia, WI Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time What You'll Do You will work daily with potential candidates, interviewing and selecting candidates who best match current open positions based on HR interview, work history, and availability. Once a candidate is selected, you will coordinate an interview with the hiring manager and process all onboarding activities if hired. You will also assist Field Recruiters in posting openings and sourcing candidates.
