Job Responsibilities: End-to-End US recruitment process
Recruitment for contract and permanent positions
Resourcing through portals like Dice.com, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, and Techfetch.com
Utilizing existing candidate relationships, referrals, and internet sourcing techniques
Regular follow-up with internal teams and external vendors
Interview scheduling and candidate communication
Sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, checking references, updating job boards
Understanding job requirements and providing suitable candidate pools within deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in internet sourcing and awareness of IT technologies
Manage a team of 5-10 recruiters, ensuring metrics are met weekly and monthly
Hands-on recruitment, spending approximately 40% of time on sourcing
Maintain quality of submissions
Create dashboards and reports for team performance
Knowledge of both Commercial and Federal/State business sectors
Account Management / Business Development: Generate new leads and requirements; maintain existing client relations
Excellent communication skills
Cold calling to generate requirements
Understand client needs, shortlist candidates based on skills, rates, and location
Negotiate rates with clients and candidates
Timely submissions with complete information
Follow-up on submission progress
Prepare candidates for interviews
Well-versed in IT concepts and technologies
Work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment
Drive full recruitment lifecycle to meet client needs promptly
Knowledge of internet recruitment tools (DICE, Monster, etc.)
Initial technical screening and candidate fit assessment
Maintain a database of active/passive candidates
Willingness to learn and proactive attitude
