Overview
As a member of the HR team in Richmond manufacturing unit, Electrification Smart Power - Power Protection, you will be part of the overall HR contribution and value added to the business. The work model for the role is onsite.
Responsibilities
Support HR Activities: collaborate and support the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment.
Operational HR Support: get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities.
HR Policy Application: support HRBP for general HR policy issues and queries and ensure policies implementation.
Employee Experience: support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
Project Support: Participate in HR-related projects supporting the HRBP.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure HR activities comply with ***'s values, Code of Conduct, internal procedures and U.S. employment legislation.
Continuous improvement: contribute to process improvement, implementation and ensure proper support in line with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
You have 2 years of experience in human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations. Proven experience in HR administration activities.
HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management and analytical skills.
You are strong in teamworking and demonstrate drive toward results and improvement.
